4. Calculate the cost of electricity according to the pre-set price of electricity (0~$9999); price of electricity can be pre-set to the local price by users;
5. Operation condition monitor: the LED indicator will flicker the real-time running power is over the preset standby power for a period of time (=1 hour x the preset ratio of operation condition; accumulated time in an hour)
